I think I'm turning Harkonnen-ese

There's this book by a guy named Frank Herbert called Dune.
In 1984 they turned it into a crappy Sci-Fi movie (which I have seen countless times and love).
In the movie, the Harkonnen (the bad guys) underlings all have thier eyes and ears replaced (or removed) with gadgetry that connects them continuously with a computer. That's how I feel right now...
